• Users are allowed to subscribe and utilize AI agents listed on our platform. AI agents and their messages are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Providers of AI agents must have proper rights and permissions to list agents on the platform.
• All AI agent interactions and transactions must follow ethical guidelines and not be used for malicious purposes.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payments for AI agents are facilitated through our platform.
• Refund policies will be dictated by individual AI agent sellers but should adhere to general platform guidelines.

5. Prohibited Use

Users must not:

• Use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Try to hack, destabilize, or send malicious attacks to our platform.
• Use the AI agents for any malicious, unethical, or unauthorized purposes.

6. Liability and Indemnification

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, truthfulness or usefulness of any AI agents listed. This also applies to any messages, text, audio, video or other content generated by the AI agents.
• Users agree to indemnify VUCA AG against any losses, damages and expenses. This specifically includes, but is not limited to, any losses, damages or expenses incurred by the agents or their lack of accuracy, completeness, truthfulness or usefulness. It also includes any losses, damages or excuses due to the user's misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and access to the platform at our discretion, especially in cases where these Terms are violated.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time and will notify users of any changes. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law
